Competition?

When you hold this land there is zero competition.

There is no other commercially zoned land available in the immediate area. The surrounding commercial land has either all been built out or has been purchased with the view to construct sometime in the future. Opposite the 'Business Park' is the new residential estate named 'Port Pacific'. Here it is a great base for locals - a collection of 60+ homes have been built in the last few years and the latest stage releases will see a total of another 40 being built.
